Last week, the RA Tennis Academy had the immense pleasure of hosting Martin Bartosch and his talented junior team from Better Tennis in Vienna. Their visit turned out to be an unforgettable experience filled with rigorous training, high-quality sparring matches, and an inspiring visit from a prominent figure in tennis.
Arrival and Training at RA Tennis Academy
Martin Bartosch and his team arrived with a clear goal: to utilize our state-of-the-art facilities to elevate their game. The RA Tennis Academy provided the perfect environment for these young athletes to hone their skills. From the moment they set foot on our grounds, the energy and determination were palpable.
Throughout the week, the juniors from Better Tennis engaged in intensive training sessions under the guidance of their dedicated coaches. Our facilities, which include top-notch courts and comfortable accommodations, ensured that the team had everything they needed to focus solely on their development.
Tournament at the Rafa Nadal Academy
In addition to their training at the RA Tennis Academy, Martin Bartosch's team participated in a tournament organized by Global Tennis at the renowned Rafa Nadal Academy. As if the week wasn't already special enough, we were honored by a visit from Wolfgang Thiem, the father of Dominic Thiem, Austria's tennis star and former world number three. Wolfgang Thiem's presence added a layer of inspiration and prestige to the event. His insights and experiences in guiding a player to the top of the ATP rankings were invaluable to both the players and coaches.
Wolfgang Thiem took the time to interact with the young athletes, and the opportunity for a quick photo to close his visit.
